Please have all trash and recycling out by 6:30 AM on your scheduled service day.

We do accept automatic ACH drafts and online bill pay.

Nope, this is a service we provide to you absolutely FREE when you sign up for our curbside service.

We ask that you position your cart(s) as close to you curb as possible. This with help our collection crew to identify your cart so that we can safely service your cart on your collection day.

If we have a holiday schedule change that affects your normal service day you should find information at the top of your service location page on our website as well as a notice posted to our Facebook page at www.rrws.com. You may also contact your local office at 615-650-6968.

There are no additional fees for our service.

This may classify as a bulk item collection. Each account is allowed one free bulk collection per month. However things like construction debris is not covered in that category. Please call our office and our customer service department will guide you through the process of scheduling these pickups.

We recycle paper, cardboard, plastic, aluminum and tin. We are not able to recycle glass and styrofoam.

There are a few things. Anything that is considered dangerous and/or hazardous are not accepted by local disposal facilities. Some examples of this are: batteries, tires, wet paint, motor oil, hot ashes, needles/syringes and ammunition of any kind. For questions about specific items, please call our office at: 615-650-6968

Items that contain Freon can be collected after certified technician has removed the Freon and tagged that the item is free of any Freon.

We guarantee our rates for a minimum of 12 months.

Yes, we are heavily involved in the Metro School's Art Program through our Nashville Beautiful Art Contest and Rolling Art Museum. Our staff also participate in Make a Wish Foundation and many other local organizations where we sponsor/donate to help youth activities.
